The Roland Park Annual Fund believes that resources should never hold back our students from maximizing their potential. We strive to make sure that RPEMS fosters a healthy learning environment for everyone.

Roland Park Annual Fund provides resources that ensure equitable access and opportunity for all RPEMS students, teachers, and staff.


So far this School year…

RPAF has sponsored teacher appreciation events, funded student incentive programs and field trips, supported musicians learning band and string instruments, helped to provide mental health resources to the school community, cleaned and refreshed our outdoor spaces and budgeted over $160K for the renovation of our library space.


What We've Achieved

  • Computer and technology improvements reducing the student to technology ratio from 40:1 to 7:1

  • Field trip, in-school experiences and other curriculum-based enrichment for all students at RPEMS

  • STEM equipment improvements and classroom equipment kits

  • Upgrades to the theater sound system and new stage

  • Positive behavior recognition incentives including field trips to the Orioles, theater productions and Outward Bound

  • Assistance to school administration including staffing a Volunteer & Community Resource Coordinator and Reflection Room mentor

  • Extracurricular programs including Baltimore Urban Debate League

  • Language Arts enrichment including The Write Place program, the My World! Festival, Artist in Residency Slam Poet, Leveled Literacy and Intervention kits

  • Physical education programs and equipment including playing field upgrades and maintenance
